Samsung SDS America Renews Its Lease In Piscataway, NJ
GVA Williams New Jersey Represents Landlord In Transaction

Piscataway, NJ - Samsung SDS America has renewed its 20,000-square-foot lease at 15 Corporate Place South in Piscataway, New Jersey.  GVA Williams New Jersey team of David Simson, president, Drew Persson, first vice president, and Joe Boiseau, director – corporate services, represented the landlord in this transaction, as the company serves as exclusive agent at the facility.  Paul March and John Oh of CB Richard Ellis represented Samsung.

Madison Capital is instituting additional improvements to 15 Corporate Place South including new exterior and interior signage and a new building cafeteria.  The high demand for quality space with these excellent amenities has led to significant activity in the building.
